Opis: An engineering student becomes bored with his wealthy fiancee, and breaks off the engagement with her when he falls for a mysterious teenager (Ringwald) he meets at a houseparty out in the country. His friends think he's crazy and try to discourage his pursuit of a romance with an uneducated, lower class girl. Ultimately, he realizes that they are not meant to be together.—mistermycroft
